HATHA YOGA
The foundation of this course is based on the principals of classic Yoga in the tradition of Pradipika Hatha Yoga.
The practice aims is to create a balance between what is in opposition: Ha signifies Sun, Tha is Moon. The Asanas
(Postures) are taught in a sequence to develop flexibility of the entire endomuscular structure with special attention
to the flexibility to your spine and it’s correct alignment. There is a focus on breathing exercises to aid in deep
relaxation.
